💛 Rescan Policy
At Video Prenatal, we want you to have the best possible experience.
If your little one is feeling shy during your session, we’ll gladly offer a complimentary rescan (some restrictions apply).
Rescans are usually scheduled 1–2 weeks after your first appointment and apply only to:

⚠️ Please note: Rescans are only performed Monday through Friday.

Drink drink…
We recommend moms double their water intake in the weeks leading up to the appointment. More fluid in front of the baby’s face improves image quality.
Our ultrasounds are elective, non-diagnostic, and performed solely for keepsake and peace of mind purposes. They are not a substitute for a medical ultrasound from your healthcare provider.
Important Note on Insurance and Payment:
Our elective ultrasounds are a unique service focused on providing keepsake memories and peace of mind. As these are not medical or diagnostic procedures, they are not covered by Medicaid or private insurance policies. Full payment is required at the time of your appointment.
