01Agreement

By using this website or booking a session with Video Prenatal LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before your appointment.

02Elective, non diagnostic service

Our ultrasounds are elective, non-diagnostic, and performed solely for keepsake and peace of mind purposes. They are not a substitute for a medical ultrasound from your healthcare provider.

Please continue your regular prenatal care with your doctor or midwife. Our team does not provide medical diagnosis or medical advice.

03Booking, cancellations and no shows

• Appointments are reserved without a deposit, so we kindly ask that you book only if you’re sure you can attend.
• Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so another expectant mother can use that time slot.
• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
• Please arrive a few minutes early to complete paperwork and payment, so we can use your full session time.

04Payment and insurance

Our elective ultrasounds are a unique service focused on keepsake memories and peace of mind. As they are not medical or diagnostic procedures, they are not covered by Medicaid or private insurance. Full payment is required at the time of your appointment.

The SneakPeek Gender DNA Test is cash only.

05Packages and prices

Package contents, session times and prices are listed on our website and may change without prior notice. The price that applies is the one in effect when you book.

06Image quality

Every baby and every ultrasound is different. Your baby's position, the amount of amniotic fluid, the position of the placenta, the size of your baby and maternal body tissue can all affect the images. Image quality cannot be guaranteed.

07Complimentary re-scan policy

• Available with our Golden Memories and Mommy Bundle packages.
• If your baby's face cannot be seen due to their position, our ultrasound technician will determine whether a complimentary re-scan is appropriate.
• Complimentary re-scans are not guaranteed and are offered at the technician's discretion. If approved, your re-scan will be scheduled Monday through Friday only.
• A re-scan does not apply when image limitations are due to low amniotic fluid, placenta placement, or when the face is covered by hands, feet or the umbilical cord.
• Gender Reveal: if your baby does not reveal the gender, a free re-scan will be offered. We recommend coming at 15 weeks or later for best results.

08Keepsakes and delivery

The keepsakes included depend on the package you choose. 8K hyperrealistic images are ready 5 to 7 business days after your session.

09Guests

Family and friends are welcome. Our studio has seating for up to 8 guests, and kids are welcome too.

10Website content

All text, images, logos and designs on this website belong to Video Prenatal LLC or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written consent.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Video Prenatal LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to the use of this website or our elective services.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
